We know retail never stands still. Detego employ extensive support procedures to make sure your software never misses a beat. This includes incident tracking, problem management and appropriate escalation steps to find and solve problems as fast as possible. In order to provide optimal service and support, Detego can work through existing customer tools for incident and support tracking (e.g. existing ticketing systems) or can utilise Detego’s own Support Portal – whatever works for the customer.
